This is a bit of a quick look through the AQIS approved lobster processing facility where we source our export quality 100% Australian Southern Rock Lobsters.

Did you know that lobsters can change their colour?

We used a waterproof housing to look into the tanks and see that there are both white and red lobsters. The white lobsters were caught on limestone bottom or grounds, and the red lobsters were caught on the 'hard bottom', or rocky and reef areas.
